At Legacy Real Estate Group, we believe South Africa’s youth are the foundation of our nation’s future — the dreamers, doers, and innovators who will shape the next era of real estate. That’s why we’re proud to announce the launch of our School Leavers and Graduate Learning Program — a first-of-its-kind initiative designed to guide and inspire young people who have a passion for property and want to explore the industry before taking the leap into full qualification.
This new mentorship program offers school leavers and graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, personalised mentorship, and real-world exposure to the dynamic world of real estate. Participants will work alongside experienced Legacy agents, learning everything from client relations and property marketing to negotiations and professional conduct — all within a supportive, growth-focused environment.
While the program is unpaid, its purpose is to serve as an entry point into the property world — a platform for learning, discovering strengths, and building confidence. For a select few participants who display both exceptional promise and financial need, there may be an opportunity for future sponsorship towards obtaining professional real estate qualifications. However, this will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
This initiative reflects Legacy Real Estate Group’s continued commitment to investing in people, empowering communities, and shaping the future of real estate through mentorship and education. By equipping young South Africans with the knowledge and experience to make informed career decisions, we hope to open doors to a world of opportunity and inspire the next generation of industry leaders.
Those interested in joining the Legacy School Leavers and Graduate Learning Program can contact Salman Shaik, the manager leading this initiative, at salman@legacyrealestate.co.za for more information or to express interest.
At Legacy, we don’t just build properties — we build people, purpose, and potential.
